Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,566 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Endosomal transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with KLHL20 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL20-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL20 results are reported.
