Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,429 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are NT5C1B, CYCSP34, and HLF. Each is linked with KLHL18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL18-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL18 versus NT5C1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
