KLHL18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP10, CCL4, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with KLHL18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL18-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP10 grouped by KLHL18-low versus KLHL18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
