Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,762 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, rRNA 5'-end processing, and Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with KLHL18 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL18-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition grouped by KLHL18-low versus KLHL18-high in PANCREAS.
