KLHL12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, BROX, and RPRD2. Each is linked with KLHL12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL12-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL12 versus IPO9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
