KLHL12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM30C, NF1P10, and IGHD3-3. Each is linked with KLHL12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL12-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM30C grouped by KLHL12-low versus KLHL12-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
