Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,299 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with KLHL12 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL12-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by KLHL12-low versus KLHL12-high in PANCREAS.
