KLHL12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFX4, KCNJ5, and NDUFB10. Each is linked with KLHL12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL12-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFX4 grouped by KLHL12-low versus KLHL12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
