Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHL10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher KLHL10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where KLHL10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
