Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 12 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of KLHL10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where KLHL10 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types KLHL10 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BLCA and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.

BLCA, THCA, and BRCA are the cancer types where KLHL10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
