KLHL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,508 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STIM1_S257, SEC63_T537, and AKAP13_S2498. Each is linked with KLHL10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL10-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL10 versus STIM1_S257 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
