KLHL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,952 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7L1, AKAP12_S483, and AKAP12_T1116. Each is linked with KLHL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL1-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL1 versus RPL7L1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
