Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHDC8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSWIM5P1, RNU7-81P, and CERT1. Each is linked with KLHDC8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC8A-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM5P1 grouped by KLHDC8A-low versus KLHDC8A-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
