KLHDC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,111 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H18, USP10, and SF3B3. Each is linked with KLHDC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC4-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHDC4 versus ZC3H18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
