Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,781 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Late viral transcription, RNA catabolic process, and RNA surveillance. Each is linked with KLHDC4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC4-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC4 results are reported.
