KLHDC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,355 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STMN1, LRRFIP1, and XPO5. Each is linked with KLHDC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC3-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHDC3 versus STMN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
