KLHDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROD6, IGHD1-14, and ATP5MGP6. Each is linked with KLHDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC3-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD6 grouped by KLHDC3-low versus KLHDC3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
