KLHDC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, Rab25, and VHL. Each is linked with KLHDC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC10-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myosin-IIa_pS1943 grouped by KLHDC10-low versus KLHDC10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
