Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KLF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF9-to-partner and partner-to-KLF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by KLF9-low versus KLF9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
