The most reproducible KLF9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum mannose trimming, Amyloid-beta clearance by transcytosis, and Positive regulation of excitatory synapse assembly. Each is linked with KLF9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF9-to-partner and partner-to-KLF9 results are reported.
