Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, LGI1, and GFRA4. Each is linked with KLF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF9-to-partner and partner-to-KLF9 results are reported.
