KLF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, JNK2, and NF2. Each is linked with KLF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF6-to-partner and partner-to-KLF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9 grouped by KLF6-low versus KLF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
