KLF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECTB, SERPINA12, and ADH1B. Each is linked with KLF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF6-to-partner and partner-to-KLF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TECTB grouped by KLF6-low versus KLF6-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
