KLF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with KLF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF5-to-partner and partner-to-KLF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by KLF5-low versus KLF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
