KLF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK17, GNGT1, and FRMD1. Each is linked with KLF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF4-to-partner and partner-to-KLF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK17 grouped by KLF4-low versus KLF4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
