Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,226 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF3P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-48P, EDDM3CP, and ATG10-AS1. Each is linked with KLF3P2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF3P2-to-partner and partner-to-KLF3P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF3P2 versus RNU2-48P in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF3P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF3P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
