KLF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 356 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, TLE7, and HSCB. Each is linked with KLF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF3-to-partner and partner-to-KLF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by KLF3-low versus KLF3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
