Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF17P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,637 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF17P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Establishment or maintenance of bipolar cell polarity, and Regulation of protein targeting. Each is linked with KLF17P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF17P2-to-partner and partner-to-KLF17P2 results are reported.
