Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLF17P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLF17P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KLF17P2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLF17P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC show a favorable association.

ACC, THYM, and LGG are the cancer types where KLF17P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
