Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF17P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,877 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF17P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of histone H3-K4 methylation, Non-motile cilium assembly, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with KLF17P1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF17P1-to-partner and partner-to-KLF17P1 results are reported.
