Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLF17P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLF17P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher KLF17P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLF17P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and TGCT show a favorable association.

THCA, SARC, and LIHC are the cancer types where KLF17P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
