Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLF17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLF17 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher KLF17 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLF17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where KLF17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
