Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,728 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4B_S93, CARM1, and DDX21. Each is linked with KLF16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF16-to-partner and partner-to-KLF16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF16 versus EIF4B_S93 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
