Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,563 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC14, GINS2, and CPAMD8. Each is linked with KLF16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF16-to-partner and partner-to-KLF16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLF16 versus H2AC14 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
