KLF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLF15 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 492 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1I1, PSMD5, and CRISP3. Each is linked with KLF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF15-to-partner and partner-to-KLF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1I1 grouped by KLF15-low versus KLF15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
