KLF14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with KLF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF14-to-partner and partner-to-KLF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by KLF14-low versus KLF14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
