KLF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF90P2, MIR3158-1, and OR4B1. Each is linked with KLF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF1-to-partner and partner-to-KLF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF90P2 grouped by KLF1-low versus KLF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
