KLC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC10A, MRGPRG, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with KLC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC4-to-partner and partner-to-KLC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC10A grouped by KLC4-low versus KLC4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
