KLC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,764 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNAI3, HASPIN, and CD7. Each is linked with KLC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNAI3 grouped by KLC2-low versus KLC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
