KLC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,008 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, BAG5, and MTA1. Each is linked with KLC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC1-to-partner and partner-to-KLC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLC1 versus CDC42BPB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
