Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with KLC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLC1-to-partner and partner-to-KLC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by KLC1-low versus KLC1-high in UCEC.
