KLB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHIA, MS4A4A, and ALDH6A1. Each is linked with KLB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLB-to-partner and partner-to-KLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHIA grouped by KLB-low versus KLB-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
