KIZ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,927 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, PIGBOS1, and SPOCD1. Each is linked with KIZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIZ-to-partner and partner-to-KIZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIZ versus TMEM97 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
