KIT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,039 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB108B, TAAR8, and H1-7. Each is linked with KIT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIT-to-partner and partner-to-KIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB108B grouped by KIT-low versus KIT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
