Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KISS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KISS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-159P, RNA5SP134, and RN7SKP183. Each is linked with KISS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KISS1-to-partner and partner-to-KISS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-159P grouped by KISS1-low versus KISS1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KISS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KISS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
