KISS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KISS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,877 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KISS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARCHF4, ANKRD1, and KRT18. Each is linked with KISS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KISS1-to-partner and partner-to-KISS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KISS1 versus MARCHF4 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KISS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KISS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
