KIRREL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIRREL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 305 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIRREL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPC7, OR8B4, and OR4E2. Each is linked with KIRREL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIRREL2-to-partner and partner-to-KIRREL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPC7 grouped by KIRREL2-low versus KIRREL2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIRREL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIRREL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
