KIR3DL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR3DL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,215 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR3DL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Granzyme-mediated programmed cell death signaling pathway, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and Defense response to tumor cell. Each is linked with KIR3DL3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Granzyme-mediated programmed cell death signaling pathway grouped by KIR3DL3-low versus KIR3DL3-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR3DL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR3DL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
