KIR3DL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIR3DL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIR3DL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTYMK, HJURP, and ILKAP. Each is linked with KIR3DL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DTYMK grouped by KIR3DL3-low versus KIR3DL3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR3DL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR3DL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
