Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIR3DL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIR3DL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIML2, ZBTB41, and KIAA1671. Each is linked with KIR3DL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIR3DL3-to-partner and partner-to-KIR3DL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIML2 grouped by KIR3DL3-low versus KIR3DL3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIR3DL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIR3DL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
